Warmth, Comfort, and Character

You won't find a more unique, comfortable, home as centrally located. In a quiet residential neighborhood at the foot of Pilot Butte State Park, the midcentury knotty pine walls and ceilings give the home it's name and a warm, cozy feeling. Whether it's the starry view of Pilot Butte from the hot tub, or morning coffee with birds that make their home in the front yard trees, this is a place to appreciate nature. New flooring throughout the house, new linens, and new kitchen appliances make this a clean and attractive space to stay. The retro Malm gas fireplace provides ambience and the hot tub will help keep you warm outside in the winter.

300 Sunny Days a Year

Bend, Oregon is a place that feels different. It's darker at night so more stars shine brighter. The days are lighter. At 3600' elevation, the sun feels closer and the sky looks bluer. The air is crisper, and clean. You don't have to be a skier to love Bend. The downtown is quaint. Local shops and restaurants line the historic streets. In the old days, ladies would only walk on Wall Street because the brothels were on Bond. Visit the Deschutes Historic Museum downtown and learn more of Bend's history.
